Out of stock replacement policy
1. If any paid items is out of stock, customer can either change design or refunding
Auto Refund Policy
1. Since all our items are fast selling items, if customer who pay for an item which is out of stock, Tasbih Tongkat Stores reserve the right to refund to customer without prior notice
2. All refund payment will done within 1 week after receiving refund noticed from Tasbih Tongkat Stores
Delivery Option
1. Tasbih Tongkat Stores only provide Skynet, Pos Laju or Pos Express as delivery option only
2. We accept Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) too.
Delivery Scheduled
1. Our Delivery Scheduled is every Monday/Wednesday/Friday, next day can received, we didn’t arrange for other delivery date, payment must paid 2 days before delivery day
2. E.g, customer pay on tuesday, so the delivery date is on Friday
3. If shipment delay, we will inform customer through PM or SMS, we didn't accept shipment delay as cancellation reason
Warranty
1. To claim warranty, customer request to provide a photo for tasbih and tongkat (exaltation and cane) damage part
2. We will refund clothes cost + postage cost to customer for warranty items
3. No replacement will provided, if customer request replacement, a new postage will charge to this warranty item
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Good sold is not returnable and exchangeable
Complaints
1. Unsatisfying customer allow to comment in thread or PM to us
2. Our customer service will attend to your complaints within 3 working days
Bad List Customer
1. Any customer or any visitor who purposely post any comment which constitue any defamation & mischievous information against Tasbih Tongkat Stores, Tasbih Tongkat Stores management reserve the right to disclose his/her information including FULL Name, Mobile number, Email, Home Address in thread as black list customer.
2. Tasbih Tongkat Stores management reserve the rights to disclose black list customer's information in other major forum and share this information to all online seller through facebook
